Cetric Mululu

I am Cetric Mululu, originally from Webuye, Kenya, now based in Birmingham, UK. Currently, I am completing my Master's in Sustainable Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Birmingham, where I have served as a student representative and Green Impact Sustainability Auditor at the Guild of Students under SOS-UK.

I am passionate about enterprise development, with extensive experience in the development sector supporting young entrepreneurs running eco start-ups, primarily social enterprises in the green sector. I have contributed significantly to over ten such projects. Recently, I worked as an Entrepreneurship Development Advisor for the Waste to Work project in Nairobi to transform perceptions and business models of youth working in the informal waste sectors.

I'm excited to share my experiences with green enthusiasts on global green agendas through the The Green Perspective Podcast, where I co-host and drive meaningful conversations, one episode at a time.

Fridah Okomo

Fridah Okomo

My name is Fridah Okomo, and I’m originally from Nairobi, Kenya, I’m currently pursuing a Masters in Global Development at the University of Leeds, UK where I also serve as a Student Sustainability Representative.

I am passionate and committed to youth led initiatives and I view myself as an advocate for meaningful youth participation. I champion youth spaces in areas climate policy, decent work and green skills and ensure young people have a seat at the table and are actively involved in creating and co creating sustainable solutions.

I’ve represented young people at various regional and international conferences including the Rewired Conference in Dubai, Africa Climate Week and COP26 to advocate and amplify their voices.

As a Green Skills Facilitator with VSO, I’m honoured to host The Green Perspective Podcast where I will be driving conversations about sustainability.
