What time should I arrive?

Doors will officially open at 2pm, but you can arrive anytime from 1:45pm onwards. If you do happen to arrive earlier, there is a coffee shop at the venue where you can sit, maybe enjoy a cup of tea, and wait for the doors to open.

Can I bring a guest?

You are welcome to bring one guest. Please provide their full name when you RSVP by Friday 31st January to legacies@vsoint.org.

Equally, you are more than welcome to come as one, no guest necessary.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, the venue is completely accessible with a fully operational lift and accessible toilets.

Why have you chosen this venue?

We listened to guest feedback after our last event, that said VSO events are ‘too London centric’. Although, we do appreciate this may still be a little too far for some to travel.

If this is the case, please let us know when you RSVP and we could have a conversation about holding a similar event closer to you in the future.
